Welcome to our home! Featuring warm woods and handmade touches throughout, this gorgeous split-level flat has high ceilings and is flooded with natural light._

Located in a charming, village-like residential neighbourhood in East London, our home comes with all the essential amenities that you would expect in your own home, such as a kitchen with an oven, stove, toaster, microwave, fridge, and even a dishwasher. You'll also have full access to our washer-dryer, iron and clothes drying rack so you can feel right at home.

Step into the living room and you'll find our cosy sofa, right across from the TV and the fireplace. You'll also find a desk in the bay window, so you can get some work done using our complimentary Wi-Fi connection.

Our bathroom has a bath with a shower, as well as a heated towel rail. You'll find a comfy double bed in the main bedroom with large windows bringing in plenty of light. You'll also have access to a wardrobe and chest of drawers so you can unpack your luggage and feel completely at home.

Only a few feet away from the main bedroom, the bright and cosy second bedroom comes equipped with a single bed and a chest of drawers. Additionally, a travel cot is available on request.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Being located in East London will enable you to experience the true essence of London, with lots of attractions and amenities nearby all within walking distance.

If you need to do some grocery shopping, you can find the Co-op supermarket a couple of minutes away on Chatsworth Rd, EAT17 Spar supermarket on Brooksby's Walk, MFR Fruit & Vegetable shop on Chatsworth Rd, and a large Tesco's on Morning Lane. There's a lovely street food market on Sundays 11-4 on Chatsworth Road.

Our home is well located for your stay in London. The closest station to the home is Homerton (Overground) station, within a 9-minute walk. Hackney Central (Overground) and Clapton (Overground) stations are also close to the home. Additionally, there are a number of bus stops nearby, while Uber and taxis are readily available in London. For drivers, there is parking available on Colne Road.

Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm, but please be aware we do charge a £30 late check-in fee from 10pm to 8am. Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request at an extra charge - please inquire for details.

Please observe our house rules completely so as to avoid accidental damage to our kitchen top and antique wooden floors. Apologies for any inconvenience!

Our home has a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Please let us know beforehand if you would need to use the baby cot so we can arrange it before your arrival.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
