You can enjoy many miles of excellent walks and cycle routes throughout the Lincolnshire Wolds with many villages having tea rooms and village pubs on your travels for refreshment.
Each barn has underfloor heating for a lovely luxurious feeling after you’ve taken off your footwear after a day walking or cycling, both for which the area offers many good routes. Situated in between Horncastle (4.8 miles) which is well known for its antique and collectibles shops and the small town of Woodhall Spa (4.5 miles), with a very good range of shops, tea rooms, restaurants and the famous Kinema in the Woods to enjoy. Lincolnshire was known by many as bomber county during WWII and you can visit The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight at Coningsby or see Just Jane the WWII Lancaster Bomber at the Lincolnshire Aviation Centre at East Kirkby. The area has many good restaurants and pubs with the nearest 3 miles away at Thimbleby. Shop 4.5 miles.
