Summary:
All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything.

The Space:
Our studio has everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Tucson! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! Please find metered street parking as this suite does not include parking.

Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.

Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown Tucson, there is plenty of activities and restaurants close by. There are breweries, parks, and museums all within walking distance of our suite. Tucson arena and the convention center are just 5 blocks away. The famous Sentinal Peak Park otherwise known as "A" mountain is a large attraction offering full city views just 3 miles from our suite.

Getting Around:
Getting around Tucson you will have many options. App-based rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are popular means of transportation. There is a public bus system, Tucson's Sun Tran bus service offers more than 40 routes throughout the city and its outskirts, including 13 express routes. There is 2 bus stops within one block of our suite. Tucson's four-mile Sun Link Streetcar route links the University of Arizona campus with four downtown-area shopping-dining-entertainment districts, from Main Gate Square, adjacent to the university on the east end, to Mercado San Agustin, in the Sentinel Peak district on the west end, by way of the Historic Fourth Avenue and the Congress Street districts.

Other Things to Note:
Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. Checkout is at 10am but we offer a complimentary extension to 11am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to arrange!

At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star stay to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
