Positive: The host was friendly and helpful. He provide us free transfer to and fro from train station to the hotel. They even offer us to send us to the north gate of the Ancient City in one of the evening to take our tour bus which we appreciate very much. Lastly the room is comfortable and spacious. The bed also comes with a heater which is very comfortable in such a cool weather in Shangrila. In all, highly recommended for anyone who comes to Shamgrila
