Negative: Depending on the room that you are assigned, it can be from ok to bad. I was assigned a room that was fully of defects, such as dislodged shower screen, damaged toilet seats. I was given another room a day after I lodged the defect report (there was a sign in the room that guest have to pay the damages if they caused the defect). Please note: I was given two hours (12pm - 2pm) to change room, and I had to travel back from Beijing Road just to change room. There was no apology for the inconvenience.
