There is a new building currently under construction adjacent to the property. While it does not affect the panoramic views from the condo in any way, some daytime activity may be noticeable between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays.
That said, the interior of the condo remains very quiet, and the double-pane glass doors and windows significantly reduce any outside noise, allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your stay.
