Negative: This could be beautiful but is a bit tired in places - broken tile in the hall flooring which isn’t great if you have kids around, the shower head is broken and the shower tray is mouldy and basically needs replaced. There are crumbs in the kitchen cupboards and it needs a proper clean. It’s a lovely house in a great location but needs to be looked after better.
