I am an Elite Villa Group timeshare owner. This hotel is one of my favorites all around the world. The hotel has plenty of activities for you and your family, The unit can accommodate either 3 adults or 2 adults and two kids. If you like to walk along the beautiful beach, the Bucerias town is 20 to 30 min walking from the hotel. The hotel has plenty of options in terms of restaurants, but if you want to explore your surroundings the Puerto Vallarta Malecon (45 to 60 min drive) or downtown Bucerias (15 to 20 min drive) are both amazing options to have a bite or have a nice walk.
The price excludes a local tax that is paid per night per person, which is around USD$7 dlls per night.
