Positive: Gajender was extremely helpful right from when we checked in. Helped us with all the necessary information, amenities, how to get around etc. Recommended areas to explore, what to avoid, trips that can be done and food places. Also upgraded our room. Had a great stay.

Negative: Location is next to the Kata beach but if you don't have your own vehicle, there is a food 10min extreme uphill walk. Hotel does provide their cart at regular intervals until 10pm but something to be mindful of.
