Positive: What we didn’t like: The noise from Beer Street was extremely loud; we were unable to sleep until the bar closed at midnight, even with earplugs. After that, drunk people continued to hang around under the windows and make noise until 2–3 a.m. Additionally, there was no hot water, and the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning. What we liked: The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter. The room looked nice and at least had a window (other hotels in this price category normally don’t have windows). The price was reasonable (apparently, to compensate for the noise).

Summary: Good location, cozy room, extremely noisy
