Positive: The big layout and view of the canton tower was good. Housekeeping was amazing.

Negative: The concierge and the staff at the counter handling all parcels. They were not very helpful and not experienced in handling matters. This is a Starck contract to what we experienced in Ascott Shenzhen where we stayed several nights and the staff there were super experienced and helpful. The staff in Ascott Pazhou were lazier at the backends and lack initiatives.

Summary: Overall okay and nice rooms if you order any food delivery or online stuffs. As once it’s lost or not delivered, they do
