Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The room had potential to be really cool. Beds super comfy and looked clean.

Negative: The room had leaking air con so bad that they insisted we moved. We had booked a family room and were instead put in a hostel room with bunks which they did give the whole room to us but it was a weird dynamic. The showers were cold and never got hot. The lights in the toilets didn’t work and they said an electrician was coming but he never fixed whilst we were there so had to use phone torch whilst on the toilet. The rooms smelt very damp. We weren’t offered any compensation for any of this

Summary: Nice staff. Place needs a lot of work
