Dining area
Large extendable tables with chairs and benches form the dining area where 22 guests can socialise and dine together. The 50" smart TV with karaoke machine means you won't need to leave the house for your fun! With the cosy nook and vintage bar area at the end of the room, you can shake up a cocktail and nestle into the wall garden for the perfect Instagram shot.

A marbled wet room with shower, wash basin and a toilet can be found at the rear.
