Positive: The architecture is exquisite.

Negative: Sadly, your hotel is not designed with disabled guests in mind. (1) There are no elevators enabling access to higher floors for a guest in a wheelchair. (2) There are few wheelchair ramps, most of those are too steep and dangerous. (3) To access the breakfast room from the main lobby, a wheelchair guest has to be pushed all the way round the north side of the hotel and across the garden. Fortunately, we did not stay during the rainy season. (4) There is no toilet access with a wheelchair from the breakfast room.
