Relax and enjoy your luxurious 3563 sq. ft. 3 BR/3.5 Bath Oceanview Loft in Garza Blanca Los Cabos, a 5 Diamond luxury beachfront resort, a great choice for friends and families wishing for an exceptional vacation with unforgettable memories together. The modern, sleekly designed, airy split-level design over 2 floors, with floor to ceiling windows has spectacular vistas of the Sea of Cortez. This awesome suite sleeps up to 8 people in style, comfort, privacy and luxury.
The spacious interior provides an open layout, full of light and luxury, including designer furniture and soothing textures and tones to enjoy the ultimate beach vacation.
The first floor has a spacious primary bedroom with a king-size bed and 49-inch flat screen TV, as well as a full bathroom complete with a rain shower, freestanding tub, double vanity, and bidet toilet. Sliding glass doors lead to a balcony with hammock and outstanding views of the Sea of Cortez and Resort complex.
Also on the 1st floor is a spacious living area with a 55-inch flat screen TV and plush couches to relax on. A full-size chef’s kitchen includes state-of-the-art stainless-steel appliances such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There is also a breakfast bar and a full dining area that seats up to 8 indoors as well as an outdoor dining area on the terrace.
As you walk towards the staircase that takes you up to the other two bedrooms, you will notice a half bathroom on the right with a door that opens to the laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and one with two queen-size beds. Each bedroom has a private balcony with beautiful Sea & Pool vistas, an en-suite bathroom, a rain shower with a shower seat, an automated bidet toilet, and double vanity with a backlit mirror. The bedroom with a king-size bed also has a freestanding bathtub.
When you book a stay in the Garza Blanca Los Cabos 3 Bedroom Loft, your senses are awakened from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
This rental stay requires a 4 day minimum, with arrivals any time of the week (except for Holiday weeks which require a full week stay beginning/ending on Sat or Sun). Please contact the owner with any questions.

The Area:
Los Cabos, at the tip of the Baja Penisula, consistently has great weather year round, where sun, sea, desert and mountains all provide a wonderful visual and physical experience.
The Garza Blanca Los Cabos Resort & Spa, about 1/2 hr. from the international airport, is conveniently located on the Sea of Cortez, along the "Golden Corridor" between San Jose de Los Cabos and Cabo San Lucas, with both towns boasting excellent restaurants, many different sites and activities.
Los Cabos is known for its high quality golf courses (with 3 designed, by Nicklaus/Weiskopf/Trent Jones/Dye, within just 15 minutes of the Resort), as well as world class sport fishing. Snorkeling and skindiving (Cabo Pulmo) are very popular. Surfing is also very good along the Pacific corridor (but use caution with the Pacific currents).
Thurs. evening art walk, with drinks and dinner in San Jose, is also a lot of fun. The artistic town of Todos Santos is a great day trip, about a 75 minute drive north.
Getting around:
Auto rental (either from the airport or some will deliver to the resort), taxi or Uber are all available for getting around. Free on-site parking is available. The Resort also offers livery service between the Resort and Airport.
Other IMPORTANT things to note:
* The Owner is available via email or messaging, but will not be at the resort; however he and his family have been visiting Los Cabos since 2002 and can be a source for the Area's great restaurants and activities. In addition, the resort concierge/front desk staff are also available for any questions you may have.
* Garza Blanca Los Cabos (GBLC) Resort & Spa is a 5 Diamond Luxurious Oceanfront Resort, and also a Vacation Club/Timeshare property. The Owner is a GBLC Vacation Club member and therefore we will need to confirm suite availability with the Resort Administrator for your traveling dates. The Owner's calendar you see on VRBO indicates either dates potentially (eg subject to availability) open or dates already booked by his other customers. If you see your dates are open, please Request to Book a reservation ASAP, and within 24 hours, Owner will call the Resort Administrator to determine availability and respond back to you, where you can simply book and deposit with VRBO (100% refund upon cancelation up until 14 days prior to arrival). Upon booking with VRBO, Owner will be informed, and will then forward to you the reservation confirmation for your desired unit type, dates and other Resort info. All of this process will normally take no more than 24 hrs..
* Photos you see on the Owner's VRBO site are Resort photos representing the Resort property, as well as its 3 BR/3.5 Bath Loft suites.
* Guests have daily housekeeping service at no charge (gratuities are optional but very much appreciated).
* No charges for use of the tennis court or gym/fitness center (reservations required).
* Spa services are fee-based.
* The Rooftop pool, lounge and bar area is for adults only.
* There is an approximate $10.00 daily (per unit) service fee charged by the resort.
