Positive: Couldn’t recommend this enough. We stayed this past weekend for 3 nights for just under £190 and the experience we had was well beyond what we paid. Hosts: Fabulous hosts. Gary and Dee ensured the hot tub was fixed in time for our stay as I’d expressed we’d be interested in getting to use it; unfortunately didn’t get to due to weather but completely not the hosts’ fault at all and they even still gave us the option to use it if we wished. Hosts were understanding when we were coming in late and loud after nights out and made everything clear for us to easily get the full experience of staying in the area. We had updates sent through the booking.com chat to let us know when they would be about and to let them know if we needed anything which I fully trust would’ve been followed through on. Room: We stayed in room 4 and can’t begin to express how happy we were with it. From the decor to the facilities it was perfect. Huge bath and the bathroom was fully stocked with everything you could require which was handy considering we forgot most toiletries (no rubbish tester size either - full size everything)! Smart TV with all the apps you could need, coffee machine, ironing board, beautiful big bed with a soft mattress etc absolutely can’t go wrong with the room at all. Location: Located right on Newbiggin front street this is the perfect choice for exploring the town. There’s a book in the room with all different restaurants shop etc nearby and how far they are/locations too making it easy for people unsure of the area. We’ve recommended this to family and friends locally as soon as our first night was over and will absolutely stay again ourselves.

Negative: Won’t like if it gets too popular we are unable to get booked in when we’d like to stay again 🤣
