Positive: Super host organizing activities for us. We also had dinner with the family a couple of times. Rooms are fine. You can also use bikes for free and rent scooters.

Negative: Not much. Being touchy, rooms could be a bit cleaner “behind furnitures” (fridge, bed, etc)
