The Space: Welcome to my home and welcome to London! The home is located on the second floor, up 3 flights of stairs. This light, modern, 2 bedroom home can be a great space for you whether you're in the city for business or leisure. There is a large living room with two comfy sofas and a large TV for relaxing, as well as a dining table for evening meals. From the kitchen you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, with all the mod cons you would expect. Towards the back of the house are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other a small double pull out bed, as well as ample storage for your stay. The large, well decorated bathroom leads off from the bedrooms, with both a shower and bath, which will be filled with towels and all the toiletries you'll need for your stay. There are great transport links from the home into the city and further into central London, so we hope this home will be the perfect base for your stay in London! Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property. Interaction with Guests: My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. The Neighborhood: The home has good access into London with Mudchute DLR station less than a 10 minute walk away. If you’re looking to cook at home, there is a large Asda within a 15 minute walk, just past Mudchute station, alternatively, there are a number of pubs and eateries nearby. From the home, you will also have easy access to Mudchute park, as well as Greenwich just south of the river. Getting Around: By train, Mudchute DLR station is within a 10 minute walk. From Mudchute, you will have easy access into the city with Canary Wharf just a few stops away, or further onto Tower Gateway and Bank. Otherwise, there are several bus stops near the property that can navigate you around London and the City. Uber and taxis are also readily available in London. Other Things to Note: Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm, but please be aware we do charge a £30 late check-in fee from 10pm to 12am and a £50 late check-in fee from 12am-7am. Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request at an extra charge - please inquire for details. Please note, the cleaning fee covers personal check in, hotel quality linen and towels and cleaning. While there is ample space for children and infants, there is no cot at the property, so ask that you bring your own.
