Summary: Nguyen, we arrived back in Korea safely thanks to your help. We had a wonderful time in Vietnam, and I truly appreciate everything. Our stay at the resort was excellent as well. Thank you for your kind explanation during check-in and for guiding us to our room. The kids had a great time at the indoor waterpark, and I especially loved the outdoor hot bath. The Executive Service on the 22nd floor felt a bit short at just two hours, but the infinity pool was fantastic. We would love to visit Da Nang again, and if we do, we hope to see you again as well. Thank you sincerely for your kindness.
