Positive: This is a basic, even sparse, studio apartment. The twin bed was comfortable enough. But the location made it very much worth staying there, especially for the price. Just a couple of blocks to the artistic Centro. Lots of good food and shopping nearby. The host was friendly enough. On street parking in front of the unit worked out ok. I didn't really see any paid, secure lots nearby though may have missed them.

Negative: The main room was clean enough, but he bathroom needs improvement. The shower had a big wad of hair in the corner, and there was no hot water. If the bathroom issues were corrected, this would be a great budget place to stay.

Summary: Location awesome, shower not so much
