Positive: From the moment I booked the hotel even right upon my last moments in China, this hotel have been extremely accommodating and helpful. I came by myself, and they reassured my safety and looked after me so well. I never experienced such accommodating hosts before and I am so grateful for this opportunity. The hotel was very clean ans cosy, very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. I cannot recommend this place enough
