Summary: Don't recommend. Overbooked and gave away our room then pretended to upgrade us only to give us a horrible room overlooking an active construction site the water in the room was brown and even though we paid for premium all inclusive it took 24 hours to get any water in the fridge then my daughter got food poisoning. The staff is split between management who repeatedly pretend they are going to help you and then never do and some wonderful,really hard working front line staff like Mia who are forced to deal with lots of unhappy guests day in and day out.
