Positive: Clean, big apartment with a parking spot. Well-explained check-in information and a friendly host. Nice option for early check-in and a minibar.

Negative: Pointless room thermostats and a very disappointing method for the host to earn a few extra euros per night. There are thermostats in each room, but if you want to increase the room temperature, you need to pay approximately 4 euros per degree Celsius per night. We traveled with two small children, and 22 °C was very inaccurate. One of the bedrooms was so cold that I couldn’t sleep there and had to move to the couch in the living room. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a thermometer with me, but I can guarantee the temperature was below 18 °C. We know very well how 22 °C feels, as this is the standard temperature in our apartment. Also, there was no proper towel or oven glove to take a hot pan out of the oven.

Summary: Good, but not a 9.6-score experience. In the best scenario, an 8.5.
