Positive: We just wanted a place to stay the night. Somewhere affordable, close to the airport, clean and spacious and thats extactly what we got for our family of 5. We arrived late from an internal flight and they waited up for us. Absolutely lovely family. Very hospitable and will go out of your way to help. Will stay again next time we come back to Hanoi.

Negative: I would give it a 10 instead of a 9 if it offered more western style breakfasts i.e. fruit & yoghurts or eggs on toast etc. We would have been happy to pay. However, would return again as we had a lovely stay.
