Positive: The breakfast was alright; it had lots of variety. The staff were very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful beach view. The weather wasn't the best during our stay but staying in this comfortable hotel made our stay in Hoi An worth it. The free transport the hotel offered every day to Hoi An Ancient Town was very convenient, and you could see the staff were thrilled to do something for us to make our holiday the best it could be. They always solved our requests with a big smile, and you could see the big passion they have for their job. Despite the weather, the hotels pool was something I could not miss, and it was nice to have a swim and enjoy the view of the surroundings of this nice hotel.

Negative: The location of the hotel isn't the best as everything is further than we hoped. Otherwise, there are no negatives that I have encountered during my stay.

Summary: The hotel was wonderful, but it is crucial to plan the time of year you visit.
