Washer/Dryer in Casita, drying rack provided. 2 AC units (1 in bedroom, 1 in living room). Dedicated air conditioner in living space, dedicated air conditions in bedroom. All new furniture purchased June 2024. Private entrance to casita, ample street parking next to property's driveway.
