NOTICE: This is a timeshare unit. There is no guarantee of room view. The room looks exactly like the pictures with an expansive balcony. The only way to guarantee a room view is to book directly with the resort, but you will pay more.
We have a relaxed cancellation policy: Cancellation more than 14 days of arrival will be fully refunded except $250 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hrs of booking and it's more than 14 days before arrival, there will be no cancellation fee.
