Positive: Staff were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. They arranged a pick up from Haiphong airport. They arranged a cruise around Cat Ba for the day, which was amazing. They have arranged my travel Hanoi for me. I really enjoyed my stay. I asked for a room with a balcony and they upgraded me for free. The room was clean.

Summary: Made me feel very comfortable and welcome.
