This 3 storey townhouse is a 15 minute walk to the Royal mile and an 8 minute walk to Arthur’s Seat. The sunny, spacious house is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with many shops, café’s and bars within walking distance. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining room which has bi-fold doors which access the garden. There is a downstairs toilet which leads to a utility room featuring a modern washer/dryer.
