The 4-bedroom residence is the ideal place for a luxurious, care fee vacation for a large family or a group of friends. It accommodates 12 adults and is very spacious (over 5000 sq. ft.). It features a large living room and dining area (a table for ten inside and another large table on the terrace) and yet provides privacy in the large bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs.
The 3-bedroom Presidential Punta is the only 3-bedroom unit that accommodates 10 adults and 2 children under 12, unlike other 3-bedroom units (Spas and Lofts) that allow only 8 adults 2 children. The Punta building is the closest to the beach and Grand Luxxe pools
