Positive: The room is closer to the city center

Negative: The cleaner entering the room even though the no disturb sign is on, and simply adjusting the room for cleaning. The cleaner also knocking the door without thinking the customer need rest due to severe jetlag of 11 hrs travel even though the no disturb sign is on.
