Summary: Would not recommend this hotel It is expensive and it's not a 5 star hotel. They need to learn what is a good service and a good experience for their clients. Don't have enough people to provide a quality service. You have to wait more than an hour to get a table at any of the restaurants. We overpaid to get a premium or VIP service and we did not receive any additional benefit on that upgrade. Very disappointing experience.
