Positive: We looked at many cruise boat options - and we are so glad we decided to book with Grand Pioneers. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Food was amazing and we were pampered and spoiled every step of the way. Our waiter (Nam) was incredible and so was our tour guide (Louis). They were super attentive and went above and beyond to look after us. This boat is incredible. Super clean and rooms were modern and spacious. The pool was heated and modern. While drinks had to be purchased on board (soft drinks were 50K, beer around 70K and cocktails 200K) - bottled water was plentiful and free. Coffee also available in the morning at no charge. Also very flexible with food alternatives. One of my children does not eat seafood and Nam was more than happy to offer alternatives. Finally, I have heard other cruise boat providers 'persuading' guests to leave 5 star reviews in exchange for a coffee. This was not the case on Grand Pioneers. No one asked me to write this review - they don't need an incentive when they provide such a great service.
