Positive: Amazing staff. They were incredibly helpful (before & during the trip), engaging and made our trip much easier. The room was comfortable and not just a standard / average hotel room. The hotel is in a good location, near the Lama temple. And there are two underground / subway stations a few minutes walk away. There are plenty of food options in the local area. Would recommend staying here for sure (4 of us travelling including 2 kids).
