Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The rooms are beautiful and definitely decorated with thought and attention. Shower was hot and room was comfortable.

Negative: Only reason I'm giving it a lower review is because we had booked a Deluxe Quadruple Room through and when we arrived they gave us a small double room. When I showed them my reservation (the lady didnt speak much English), the owner was called to help. Apparently they were over booked and they asked us if we would accept the smaller room. They offered to lower the price by 100 000 VND for 2 nights. However the room size was significantly smaller and we felt it was dishonest to first give us a smaller room without discount and hope we wouldnt notice? That is why we didnt accept this offer.
