Outside are 6 acres of gardens, a tennis court, off road parking for ten cars and shared use of an outdoor swimming pool. Set in beautiful countryside on the Kent/Sussex border, Hoath House is a memorable property for a holiday all year round.

Six-acre garden with lawns, patios and furniture. Shared use with the two other properties on-site of a heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) available 9am to 6pm, all year round. Exclusive use of swimming pool can be arranged directly with the owner, this being a maximum of 3 hours per property, per day consisting of periods of no more than 90 minutes at a time. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: All second floor rooms including the landing have sloping ceilings. Note: There are 3 steps up to two first floor bedrooms from landing and there are 4 steps up to games room from hall. Note: There are 5 uneven steps from the car park. Note: shared gardens have space to play a selection of garden games that are at the house. These include Rounders, cricket, volleyball, croquet, boules, tug of war and giant jenga.
