The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: a fridge, a kettle, a toaster, an oven and gas hobs. The dining area by the living room can seat up to 6 guests. There is a lovely roof terrace located on the second floor overlooking the surrounding area. The terrace can be accessed via the hallway on the second floor. Bedroom and Bathroom Master bedroom located on the third floor: a bright bedroom with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a cabin shower. Second bedroom located on the third floor: a cosy bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers and shelves. Third bedroom located on the third floor: a comfortable bedroom with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and an over-bath shower. Linen, towels and bathroom essentials are all provided, as is a hair-dryer. Guest Access Guests will have access to the entire flat. A member of The London Residents Club will always be on hand to check you in personally, provide you with at least one set of keys and give you a tour of the property. Guest Interaction We will ensure that there is someone at the flat upon your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help you settle in with a quick tour of the property. House Rules - Additional Rules The London Residents Club wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the flat as a home away from home! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: • Maximum group size: 6; • Strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties; • No candles; • Take off your shoes while you are in the flat; • Dispose of rubbish appropriately; • Keep the property clean and tidy; • Please keep the noise down and respect your neighbours; • Please remember to close all the doors and windows when leaving the space; • Ensure that the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout your stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost. *Please note that once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee. **Please also note that check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help! ***Checkout is fixed at 10am at the latest due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability). This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. If you would like to checkout later than 3pm, you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
