Summary: Bathroom needs refurbishing, broken floor tiles and one tile sinks into floor when standing on it rotten floor supports. Towel radiator full of rust. Bath sealent moldy. Overall cleanliness of bathroom poor. Kitchen pots, glassware, cutlery, oven all not very clean. Foil trays for using in cooker. Fridge was also not very clean and rusty. Now the positives Apartment in a great location for visiting Portsmouth and southsea no need to use car most things within 10-20mins walking distance. Beds clean and comfortable, towels clean. Overall we enjoyed our visit but would have been even better if the cleanliness had been a lot better. Street car parking easy no problem.
