Positive: Clean room, staff were pleasant and helpful but limited English...more my problem than theirs though.

Negative: Nicely situated for the local coffee shops and restaurants, however, this is a very Vietnamese part of Quy Nhon and "foreigner's" are quite rare. Be prepared to wave and say hello to all the kids.
