Positive: The local and history of the hotel

Negative: Staff (when alone) at times are sub-par for a 5 star hotel: some start to smoke on the ground, or sitting on the curbside resting… just a weird vibe for the grounds of a 5 star former state guest house. facing the guests, they are all very good. I overheard one staff loudly quoting swear words to another manager… things like that.
