Negative: The stairs are really heavy, my Mom had a hard time going up and down The pool was not well cleaned The restaurant takes a really long time to get back with the food They may want to include: a microwave on the rooms Where to hang the wet clothes Baby diapers changing tables inside any of the bedrooms close to the pool Coffee, Tea, hot water at the Lobby Open the restaurant earlier than 9:00, at least 1:00 hr early.
