A villa in Central Can Tho with all necessary amenities for 10 members, you can enjoy the quite place with the lake view and nearby river also which is great for fishing with local people. Also, a lot of nice coffee shops for breakfast or great restaurants in walking several steps to.
This villa designed and built up for families use so we chose very good materials like high quality ceramics, nice shelves & cabinets, great tables & chairs, BOSH dish washer, HITACHI ref, Electrolux washing machine, TEKA oven, also have a frozen tub...
Total land use is 200 m2 so we have spacious place and yard for parking or planting some herbs or lettuce. You can plant some flowers if you want. This yard sometimes I set up a barbecue party with an outside griller and other facilities available.
Our neighbors also very nice and quiet, most of them works in outside and back home at night, they jog around the lake and exercise with several public sport tools in sidewalk nearby in early morning and some kids run around in every evening.
