Positive: The apartment is ideally situated in a convenient, walkable, private location with access to excellent restaurants, a nearby grocery store, and essential services. The owner was accommodating and responsive. The unit features ample lighting, a scenic view, and includes a washer along with most necessary cleaning supplies, adding to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay I would recommend this place for people staying a few days to a week but not weeks or months due to the living situation listed below.

Negative: During our stay, we encountered several challenges that significantly impacted our experience. The apartment was excessively noisy during events which happened routinely, making it difficult to rest. The lack of air conditioning resulted in uncomfortably warm conditions, further disrupting sleep. The small refrigerator was inadequate for our needs. Additionally, the building administration was discourteous to my wife when she attempted to retrieve an Amazon book order. We also experienced the unfortunate theft of an expensive package, likely by another resident. Persistent issues included heavy noise pollution, light leakage through the windows, and frequent mosquito intrusions, forcing a choice between closing the windows to endure the heat or opening them and facing mosquito bites and light disturbance through the curtains due to airflow. Overall, these factors led to numerous sleepless and uncomfortable nights.
