Positive: This hotel was great, I would really recommend. For a very low price we got a large room with a balcony and breakfast. Having the balcony was great, we were able to play cards out there in the evening and have a coffee in the morning overlooking the rice fields. We were the only guests eating breakfast but they gave us green tea, passion fruits, followed by noodles with vegetables, fried eggs, and also toast and jam, and then even offered us some oranges! It was all very delicious and we left very full. The room itself was very clean and had everything you would need/want, kettle, TV, etc. The location is also very good for seeing the town in the evening as well as being the starting point for walks. We were coming from Guilin so decided to get a DiDi instead of the hotel arranged ride as it looks cheaper… if you are coming from Guilin do not do this as the drivers will keep cancelling (which is fair because apparently it is rare for them to get a customer for the driver back) and the drive ends up being much longer than the time shown on the app (even if you select the express way). The hotel arranged for our ride back to Guilin and it was much better (and still a great price for the length of the drive).

Negative: Nothing! Great stay.
