Summary: The pool side service and space was the best part of the trip! The cabanas were lovely. Silvestre and Bibiana made sure we had reservations. Also, the pool service staff and bar staff were awesome. Raul was exceptional and graciously checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. If it wasn't for the hotel's other problems, we would have made this place a regular getaway.
