Summary: This hotel, part of a chain in Vietnam, has a large impressive building with quite spacious rooms with good window lighting. That said, there are things to improve: poor bathroom lighting, no room safe, notepad or pen, and bathrobe that are usually standard. Staff are very nice, eager to help but their limited English proficiency limits their ability to do so. The place has a lot to offer if improvements are made. Tam Ky itself is a great out of the way town to visit.
