Positive: This is the 4th year in a row I’ve stayed here. The staff are very warm and friendly. Rooms are clean and cozy. A delicious breakfast included (from 6am until 9am weekdays and 10am on weekends) and can do free laundry. There is a nice shopping mall within walking distance. A great home base for travelers in Hanoi.
