Positive: Location of this property is good and being situated above a nice cafe is a great bonus. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests.

Negative: The noise of some of the other guests at unsociable hours was made louder because of the property layout. People’s conversations travelled a lot in the stairway and some of the guests were coming and going at 4am without lowering their voices. This was the biggest issue we had — everything else was manageable.

Summary: The cost, location and staff are nice, the rooms are fine for what they are and reflect the price. I’d stay here again i
