Positive: Low cost place to sleep for the night, free water

Negative: I had a front room so it was a bit noisy from the street, they are doing some renovations so facilities may improve. Hotel and area of town not going for the western tourist, which is fine, but it might be better for restaurants near the Victoria hotel
