Positive: Well situated- easy to gain access

Negative: The kitchen wasn’t very well provided for - there is no means of making coffee other than instant. The cleaning level was at best superficial- there is loads of debris in the plug of one of the sinks, I found a babies dummy under the bed. The house has rodents in the kitchen . The pillows, mattress and bedding are of a very poor quality . It could be so much better with only a small amount of thought and investment. It has potential- but sadly it hasn’t been fully realized yet
